MARK BLOCHER

Mark Blocher is the Vice President of Investor and Broker Relations at HALL Group. He joined HALL Group in 1984 and has served numerous roles, including marketing and public relations coordination and acting as an intermediary between property management and technology departments, where he helped create a proprietary software system to manage thousands of apartments the company owned.

Mr. Blocher has been heading the investor relations department for the past 25 years and most recently has been heading the private placement investment department, raising funds for various HALL development projects. Mr. Blocher has a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
