The Future of HALL Park
The new masterplan development will evolve the existing office park into a dynamic mixed-use community. Slated to open in fall 2023, the first phase of construction includes a new office tower, boutique hotel, luxury residential high-rise, executive suites and food hall, all centered around a programmed community park. Future development plans also include a performing arts center, the result of a public-private partnership between HALL Group, the City of Frisco and Frisco ISD.
A catalyst for growth
HALL Park offers companies unparalleled flexibility to grow their business, distinguishing it from other developments. With 15 completed buildings, HALL Group can move and expand tenants within the park as needs change and businesses grow, providing support every step of the way.
Experience it all
The park is surrounded by hundreds of works of inspiring art, winding walking trails, ample green space and desirable onsite amenities, including a wine lounge, state-of-the-art fitness center and an updated conference center. It’s central Frisco location provides customers with countless dining, entertainment and shopping destinations, as well as convenient access to major thoroughfares and DFW International Airport.
Art in the Park
Adorned with more than 200 pieces of impactful art, HALL Park is an artistic destination in itself. This begins with the Texas Sculpture Garden, the largest private collection of contemporary sculpture by Texas artists ever assembled, featuring 40 unique works and frequently toured by schools, art associations and visitors to the area. Art continues throughout the Park with the HALL Collection, found in building lobbies, outdoor common spaces and everywhere in between.
