Software firm Nexius relocates HQ to Frisco

Nexius, a software, data analytics and virtualization firm, has shifted its head office from Allen to Hall Park in Frisco.

The company has relocated to 2595 Dallas Parkway, near Gaylord Parkway.

“As a company with a workforce that combines creative and technical talent, it was important for Nexius to locate its headquarters in a dynamic, growing and culturally diverse city like Frisco,” Mark Baysinger, president of Nexius, said in a statement. “The energy in Frisco and North Texas complements the pace of our business, while also enabling our team members to enjoy a work-life balance that is important to retention and growth.”

The 15-year-old company looked at several potential locations in North Texas before picking Hall Park. Nexius has locations around the country.

The 162-acre Hall Park contains 16 office buildings with more than 2 million square feet.

“Frisco is pleased to welcome an innovative company like Nexius as a new corporate citizen,” Frisco Economic Development’s Jim Gandy said in a statement. “The headquarters relocation is expected to generate more than 132 full-time jobs over the next 2 1/2 years.

“Many of these positions will employ highly skilled IT workers; and Frisco has the young, talented workforce to fill these jobs as the company continues to grow.”
